Financial Management Scholarships

Become a Business Leader in Financial Risk, Investing and Growth Planning

Graduates of Financial Management programs find careers in business, investment services, securities management, and the insurance industry. There are also positions available within the government and at not-for-profit organizations. Financial Managers oversee private, public and non-profit financial activities including company investing, financial risk management and growth planning.

Financial managers are intimate with accounting practices and other banking industry protocol.  Insurance and securities provide additional areas of specialization for financial management degree candidates, and scholarships are widespread within educational disciplines related to business financial careers.

Financial Managers are trained at the bachelor’s and master’s degree levels. A common recipe for success in the field is to first earn an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance, and then to complete a Masters in Business Administration or Management program. Would-be financial managers are served by scholarships across a wide variety of business-related disciplines like economics, finance, accounting and others.

As the business climate becomes increasingly global in scope, opportunities emerge for international financial management employment.  Language studies and cultural exposure supplement higher education efforts for financial managers seeking employment abroad, or with multi-national corporations.
