Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate level students at a 2-year or 4-year university. Applicants do not have to be veterans, although veterans are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be a citizen or a permanent resident of the United States or Canada. Students will need to submit a maximum 150-word biography along with a 500-750 word essay on the essay topic listed on the website.
