Jay Cutler Athletic Scholarship

Applicants should be U.S. citizens who are incoming freshmen seeking higher education at a four-year college or university, college, technical or trade school. Applicants must also have type 1 diabetes and plan on playing a competitive sport while in college. Selection is based on academic performance, involvement in the diabetes community and involvement in extra-curricular activities.
