Applicant must be an Oklahoma resident who is an incoming freshman.
Awards up to sixteen hours of resident tuition, mandatory fees, and academic service fees per semester.
Renewable if recipient maintains a 3.25 retention GPA and 24 hours per year up to four years or until the first bachelor's degree is completed.
