Applicant must have a minimum 3.4 GPA (high school) or 3.2 GPA (college), a minimum GED score of 680, and/or a minimum combined SAT score of 1368 (composite ACT score of 30).

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA.
