Scholarship awarded to one student from each school in Craig, Delaware, and Ottawa Counties. Recommendation from high school representative required.

Renewable if recipient is enrolled full-time for the next fall semester and has passed 24 or more hours their freshman year with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
