The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship
Applicant must be a permanent resident of a New England state, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, be enrolled in a demanding course of study, demonstrate skilled writing ability, and rank in the top 20% of their graduating high school class. Selection is based on community service, school and work activities, and aspirations and goals with integrity, resolution, self-discipline and judgment.
Renewable for up to four undergraduate years provided a GPA on a 4.0 scale of 2.5 is maintained and financial need does not change substantially.
