Applicant must be intending to enroll in a Tennessee postsecondary institution.
Recipient receives up to $3,800 at a Tennessee four-year institution and up to $1,900 at a Tennessee two-year institution.
Renewable for four years if recipient has a minimum 2.75 GPA after 24 hours and then a minimum 3.0 GPA after 48, 72, 96 and 120 hours.
