Applicant must be the son or daughter of a permanent Raytheon employee, who has been accepted to the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus as a full-time student in engineering, physical sciences or mathematics. Selection based on academic promise and financial need.

Renewable based on satisfactory progress in the specified degree program.
