Applicant must be an Oklahoma resident who is an incoming freshman. Minimum ACT score of 30 and 3.0 GPA are required.
Award includes a full tuition semi-private room waiver and $1,500 per semester.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and reapplies each year.
